Qingdao Shengtetai Sealing Co., Ltd. (Qingdao Huaguan Sealing Industry Co., Ltd.) was established in 1992 and is located in the picturesque coastal city of Qingdao. The company occupies a total site area of 22,000㎡, with a building area of 16,000㎡. Today, it has emerged as a leading enterprise in the domestic industry. In 2000, the company successfully obtained ISO 9002 international quality system certification, followed by the ISO/TS16949 quality management system certification in 2007.

Scope of Application
Our company primarily manufactures skeleton oil seals, O-rings, dust boots, vibration-damping sleeves, sealing components, and various rubber products—offering over a thousand different specifications and models. These products are widely used in industries such as automotive, motorcycles, rail vehicles, oilfields, construction machinery, agricultural equipment, hydraulics, and pneumatics. With their extensive application range, our products cater to both domestic and international customers, positioning us for promising market growth opportunities ahead.

Personnel Composition
Our company currently has 258 employees, including 28 technical professionals, 8 engineers, and 2 senior engineers. We boast strong technical capabilities, and our staff as a whole demonstrates high professional quality. Additionally, our management practices are both scientific and rigorous, fully aligning with the modern enterprise 5S management standards.

Production equipment
To adapt to market competition and enhance product quality, the company has introduced a range of advanced production equipment, ensuring that its manufacturing processes are both scientifically sound and highly efficient. Currently, the company boasts 60 state-of-the-art fully automatic vacuum vulcanizing machines, 30 automatic cutting machines, 4 rubber mixing machines, 3 internal mixers, 2 shot blasting machines, 2 precision pre-forming machines, 2 rubber-cutting machines, and 2 fully automated phosphating lines. With this robust setup, the company achieves an annual production capacity of 100 million units.

Main detection equipment
Equipped with advanced electronic tensile testing machines, test benches, tool microscopes, projectors, hardness testers, high- and low-temperature aging ovens, and rheometers, among other equipment.
